Live To Move Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our progressive outpatient clinic located in the beautiful Marco Island, Florida. Work Environment

This onsite role will position you within our dynamic rehab center where collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled practitioners in a well-resourced clinic, providing services Monday through Friday. Shift options include 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts per week, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine individual therapy needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement therapy protocols that focus on restoring mobility and functionality, utilizing both manual therapy techniques and exercise interventions.
• Provide education and support to families, equipping them with effective strategies for at-home recovery and rehabilitation continuation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient outcomes through shared strategies and resources.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and clinic protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist with Live To Move Rehab Center, you will work primarily with an outpatient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, as well as elderly patients requiring assistance with mobility and function. Your role will be crucial in helping these diverse patients achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license to practice in Florida.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with patients and their families.
• A results-driven and patient-centered approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 110,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a supportive work environment, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
