Join Litehouse Foods as a Warehouse Supervisor!

Location: Lowell, MI | Shift: 2nd | Full-time


The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials and finished goods. This role supervises warehouse associates, oversees inventory and shipping activities, and ensures compliance with quality, food safety, and operational standards. The Supervisor balances hands-on floor leadership with administrative oversight to keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.


What You'll Do

  • Lead daily shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product quality.

  • Supervise, schedule, and support warehouse team members while promoting accountability, safety, and teamwork.

  • Oversee loading, unloading, staging, and put-away of finished goods; ensure proper stock rotation and space utilization.

  • Maintain accurate inventory counts, resolve discrepancies, manage close-coded and held products, and ensure timely disposition.

  • Ensure all documentation, code dates, shipping records, and quality checks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, reviewing bills of lading, shipping notices, and priorities to meet schedules.

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, trailer sanitation, and compliance with Litehouse Foods quality and food safety standards.

  • Inspect material handling equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to support customer and operational needs.

  • Support hands-on operations as needed, including picking orders and loading outbound trucks.


What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or distribution operations.

  • Working knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving processes, and warehouse safety practices.

  • Ability to read and interpret SOPs, safety rules, and operating instructions.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed and meet attendance requirements.
