Who you are:
We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Program Analyst Intern to support the Customer Success Operations team within Revenue Operations. In this role, you will work directly with the Manager of Customer Success Operations to help design, document, and execute programs that improve how Geotab retains and grows its customer base. You are a strong communicator, a structured thinker, and someone who takes ownership of their work - equally comfortable drafting a cross-functional playbook, coordinating across stakeholders, and keeping a complex initiative on track. If you want real exposure to how a strategic operations function gets built from the ground up, we would love to hear from you!
What you'll do:
As a Program Analyst Intern in Customer Success Operations, you will support the design and delivery of programs, frameworks, and documentation that enable Geotab's Customer Success organization to operate more effectively. You will work closely with the Manager of Customer Success Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Marketing, Salesforce Systems, and Customer Success advisors. The successful candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented communicator who can turn complex discussions into clear written outputs - and who follows through to make sure programs actually get off the ground.
The opportunity:
- 12 month work-term beginning September 2026.
- Full-time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.
- Your first week at Geotab begins with 'GEO Launch' - a one-week Employee Orientation. Click here to learn more!

How you'll make an impact:
- Collaborate with colleagues across Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and other business functions to support strategic and operational outcomes
- Support the design, documentation, and delivery of programs and processes that enable the Customer Success organization to operate more effectively
- Prepare stakeholder-facing materials - including strategy documents, presentation decks, and meeting summaries - to communicate progress and decisions across teams
- Conduct research and benchmarking to inform program design, drawing on industry best practices and comparable B2B frameworks
- Assist with program tracking and cross-functional coordination to keep initiatives on schedule and stakeholders aligned
What you'll bring to the role:
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Strategy, Communications, or a related field of study in progress
- Exceptional written communication skills - you can draft a clear, well-structured document on a complex topic and make it readable for a variety of audiences
- Strong verbal communication and stakeholder management instincts - comfortable in cross-functional conversations and able to synthesize and summarize discussions accurately
- Highly organized with strong project management habits - you track what needs to happen, by when, and by whom, and you follow through
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) at a proficient level; ability to produce polished, professional documents independently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on open-ended problems - comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments without close supervision
- Interest in customer success, revenue operations, or B2B SaaS - prior exposure through coursework, internships, or personal projects is an asset
- Analytical enough to engage with data and metrics, even if not a primary technical skill - you understand how decisions should be grounded in evidence
If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this role! Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
