Inpatient Therapist, Behavioral Health
Full-time, Monday-Friday (may have to work rotating weekends)

How you'll contribute
An Inpatient Therapistwho excels in this role:
  • Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems
  • Displays active involvement in treatment planning process
  • Displays active involvement in the discharge, transition, and after-care planning treatment process
  • As therapeutically necessary, family session counseling provides to patients to ensure appropriate communication and involvement of family members and support groups
  • Actively communicates with clients, families, and outside referral sources, functioning within the scope of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
  • Demonstrates proactive communication with those involved with the patient's treatment, documenting all correspondence held with patients and other stakeholders

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent and a current clinical or social work license in the state of OH. Additional requirements include:
  • Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
  • CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire
