Are you an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about facilitating positive change in the lives of families and individuals? At Life Help Clinical Services, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our supportive team in a full-time remote capacity. This position allows you to partner with clients to guide their journey towards personal growth and healing, all while utilizing best practices in therapy and behavioral health.

Work Environment

This role is uniquely positioned within a remote environment, allowing for flexibility in your workday while maintaining a supportive network with your colleagues. You will have the opportunity to connect with clients virtually, making effective therapy convenient and adaptable to their lifestyles. Our outpatient office framework ensures that the care provided is structured while promoting personal well-being for both clients and therapists. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, adjusting your schedule around appointments and client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging and personalized therapy sessions that address the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families in a virtual setting.
  • Perform detailed assessments of client needs to formulate effective, goal-oriented treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and more, to inspire client growth.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive quality care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all therapy sessions, adhering to HIPAA standards and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Life Help Clinical Services, our patient population is diverse and includes individuals and families from various backgrounds dealing with a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, parenting challenges, and trauma. Our therapists play a crucial role in providing culturally competent care that respects each individual’s unique lived experiences. Your ability to adapt therapy approaches to different cultural contexts will significantly enhance the effectiveness of your treatment.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required; Doctorate preferred.
  • A current, valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Arizona.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of clients and understanding of cultural competency in therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and collaborative practice.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapy setting, particularly with outpatient services.
  • Experience with telehealth practices and technologies.
  • Familiarity with treatment methodologies that cater to family dynamics and connectivity.
Compensation and Benefits
