Position Overview

Life Help Clinical Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team in Gilbert, Arizona. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using a strengths-based approach to inspire positive change.
  • Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with physicians, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Document and maintain confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate treatment updates and progress notes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds. Our clinic supports families facing challenges such as relationship conflicts, mental health disorders, trauma, and life transitions, striving to empower them through tailored therapeutic solutions. You will play a critical role in helping clients build healthy relationships and improve their overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications
  • An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Arizona.
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a varied client base.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy services to individuals and families.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and proficiency in culturally competent care delivery.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Compensation and Benefits
