Work Environment

This full-time role allows for the flexibility of remote work, supporting professionals in achieving a work-life balance. While serving clients through a virtual platform, you will also have regular opportunities for peer consultations and collaboration with your colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide therapeutic services to individuals and couples.
• Quickly document clinical notes and progress reports, adhering to a strict 24-hour feedback and documentation policy.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and therapy goals.
• Engage in regular peer consultations to discuss cases, share insights, and refine therapeutic approaches for our clients.
• Maintain and update accurate client records to ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position is centered around working with adult individuals and couples who seek guidance in navigating emotional challenges, relationship dynamics, and personal growth. You will play a critical role in helping clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns through evidence-based therapeutic techniques and support.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• A valid independent mental health license (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in outpatient settings.
• Experience utilizing virtual platforms and teletherapy tools to provide effective client care.

Compensation and Benefits
