Position Overview

Life Change Behavioral Center is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position allows for flexibility while providing essential mental health services across a variety of platforms, primarily through telehealth. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 yearly, along with a hire-on bonus to support your transition into this impactful role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies by crafting behavioral guidelines, medication treatment plans, and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation compliant with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools and methodologies, integrating findings into treatment strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that are individualized to each client.
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.
• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, service systems, and community partners to enhance service delivery and resource identification.
• Establish strong communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders to promote the agency’s mission and maintain compliance with contract standards.
• Pursue professional development opportunities, including participation in conferences and agency representation, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Uphold and actively promote the agency's values and principles in every aspect of service delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic’s operation and vision.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Possession of an Independent LMHC License.
