Digital Marketing Coordinator

Based in Indianapolis, IN, our retail stores offer officially licensed headwear and apparel from collegiate and professional sports teams, plus top brands like Nike, New Era, Lululemon, and Mitchell & Ness. In addition to our wide assortment, we are the industry leader in on-demand customization.
We currently operate 1,300+ brick-and-mortar locations, including specialty concept stores for the NBA, NHL, Paris Saint-Germain, and major MLB franchises via our Yankees & Dodgers Clubhouse stores. Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and operational management of earned, owned, & paid social initiatives across Lids and in partnership with key retail partners.
This role operates within a large, fast-paced organization and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple brands, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. The coordinator sits within the Digital Marketing team and partners closely with GTM, Creative, Analytics, internal channel teams, and agency partners to support campaign flighting, asset management, workflow tracking, and performance reporting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Support in the development and execution of organic social strategies and messaging across platforms; manage content calendar and publishing.
• Manage influencer and creator programs end-to-end: identification, outreach, logistics, approvals, and performance measurement.
• Assist in budget tracking for influencer programs and content production as directed.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, and production vendors; coordinate briefs and ensure deliverable quality and timelines.
• Support paid media campaign flights and execution.
• Coordinate asset timelines, approvals, and delivery with Creative, GTM, and agency partners.
• Maintain campaign, asset, and promotional calendars.
• Support alignment with the GTM team on launches and promotions.
• Communicate updates across a large, matrixed organization.
• Manage tasks and timelines in Project Management System (i.e.ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar).
• Assist with campaign and performance recap reporting.
• Support channel planning documentation and KPI tracking.
Job Required Knowledge and Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in digital marketing or a coordinator role.
• Understanding of digital KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, Engagement Rate, CPM, Earned Media Value).
• Exposure to Meta, TikTok, and other social ad platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with retail brands.
• Basic copywriting skills.
