    Job description

    The Account Executive, LCS Hardlines is a customer & agency-focused sales role within Amazon's Ads business. This individual is responsible for identifying and engaging advertisers through both agency partnerships and direct advertiser relationships - owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through campaign close and partnership growth.
    The ideal candidate brings subject matter expertise in digital advertising solutions, with a proven track record of developing and executing ad campaigns that drive measurable results. They possess interpersonal skills and the ability to earn trust across both advertiser and agency stakeholders, navigating complex relationships with confidence

    This person is equally comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and approaches their work with a self-starter mindset and a consistent bias toward action and results.
    Key job responsibilities
    Manage all aspects of advertisers ad investments through agency and direct-advertiser channels
    Close new business, upsell existing revenue and manage advertiser campaigns to hit advertiser acquisition and LCS revenue goals
    Focus on DAA (Direct Advertiser Agreements) for long-term business planning and revenue growth. Renew existing DAAs
    Grow customer ad investments YoY to meet sales quotas
    Partner with internal teams across Ads to drive customer success
    Meet with customers and agencies in-person to build relationships and earn trust. A key measure of success and impact will be in-person meetings to drive business relationships & revenue

    Travel is required and major part of being successful in role
    Build and maintain a network of relationships with advertisers and agencies
    Additional focus on internal org impact projects to help peers, teammates and internal partner teams to drive successful projects beyond the day to day role of frontline seller.
    Navigate complex advertiser and agency situations with confidence and clarity while responding effectively to market dynamics, advertiser feedback, leading sales process with data back solutions and competitive positioning
    Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene, including timely meeting inputs, accurate opportunity creation, and consistent pipeline management to ensure data integrity and visibility across the business
