About the role

As a Stylist, you provide personalized styling to customers that deepens their connection to the brand. You will use your product knowledge, authenticity, and fashion expertise to create positive experiences for customers. As a Stylist, you can empower self-expression by helping customers find the perfect outfits and accessories that suit their individual needs. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.

What you'll bring to the role

  • 1 year specialty retail experience

  • Passion for styling and love of working with people

  • Knowledgeable about what's trending in fashion

  • Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to multi-task and balance multiple customers at one time
