At Boot Country we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and helping every guest find the perfect pair of boots while they are downtown on Broadway! We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Key Holder to join our team and help create an outstanding shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership and grow their career in retail management.
Position Overview
As a Key Holder, you will serve as a vital member of our management support team. You'll help lead daily store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with opening and closing procedures. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to develop leadership skills.
