Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Solutions Lead is the primary liaison between key account teams and supply chain for all activities involving supply chain integration. This involves developing insights related to forecasts and processes to support event-based movement related to promotional activity, new product placement, seasonality, and increased points of distribution.  Additionally, the Supply Chain Solutions Lead will represent the KeHE supply chain organization to the account team and facilitate seamless integration between customer and KeHE order management processes & systems.  As with all positions at KeHE Distributors we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE’s Mission, Vision and Values.


Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • 2 years or more of prior supply chain experience, preferably in supply and/or demand planning.
  • Outstanding analytic skills with demonstrated success organizing, analyzing, and accurately interpreting large amounts of data.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support role.
  • Prior experience using ERP systems such as JDA Demand, SAP/APO, Manhattan, etc. strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills.
  • Capable of influencing & educating key account team on supply chain and forecasting success
  • Ability to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfaction and performance to KPI’s.
  • Moderate to advanced skill level in using Excel, COGNOS, Access, Power BI, and other similar tools.
  • Prior experience in food industry and/or code sensitive product environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering or related field preferred
