Work Environment

This position primarily operates in a remote setting, offering flexibility and the convenience of working from home while supporting students virtually. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of students to evaluate their mental health needs and challenges.
• Create and implement individual treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each student.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based methodologies to facilitate recovery and improve mental health outcomes.
• Document all clinical interactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational standards.
• Work closely with educators, school staff, and parents to formulate a collaborative support network for students.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and practices in social work and mental health to continually enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing various challenges, including emotional disturbances, behavioral issues, and external stressors such as family dynamics or social pressures. In this role, you will foster a safe virtual environment to encourage open communication and therapy participation.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing is essential.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and delivering clinical interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and educational professionals.

Compensation and Benefits
