Key Responsibilities

In your role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential to the therapeutic process:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of each client, enabling you to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations, while also contributing to the overall quality assurance processes in place at our facility.
• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians, physicians, and support staff to provide a holistic approach to client care, discussing cases during multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Educate clients and their families about treatment options, support systems, and resources available to them throughout their recovery journey.
• Stay actively involved in professional development by keeping abreast of emerging research and integrating best practices into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be clients experiencing substance use disorders and the co-occurring mental health issues often associated with them. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid and unrestricted LCSW license in California.
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical assessments and the development of effective treatment strategies.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and connection with clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
