Duties include but are not limited to: • Responsible for performing procedures such as data analytics, robotics, and machine learning • Ability to take and apply training in data analytics and robotics and machine learning. • Ability to learn new programming languages quickly • Demonstrate awareness and knowledge of Federal Government's financial and management responsibilities • Assist in drafting and preparing project deliverables • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members • Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently • Utilize technology to share knowledge with team members, develop skills, and continually learn • Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the client's environment • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • Demonstrate strong digital dexterity: Meaning, executing work with independence and the capability of being agile, adept, and effective while embracing any existing or emerging technology for yielding a better business solution or outcome • Travel opportunities (depending on client to client) Qualifications Required Qualifications • BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Technology, Cyber Security or related (or other synonym for IT related major) • 2 years of Python development experience • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to work in-person 2 days per week in the Alexandria VA area • Must have an active Interim U.S. Secret security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship) • Ability to travel up to 25% Preferred Qualifications • Proficient skills in MS Excel • Experience with SharePoint, Oracle, ACL Analytics, PowerBI, and/or Access databases Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
