Specific Requirements:
Academic and professional qualifications
Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree or relevant technical experience.
Post graduation qualifications or technical certifications preferred.
Experience
Typically requires 10+ years of experience.
Strong Understanding and knowledge of Windows operating system.
Experience with Web server MS IIS/SSL required.
Experience with Load Balance Technologies (F5, Checkpoint, etc) is required
Experience with Networks, Security, Active Directory, IP, DNS, SMTP, FTP, HTTP is required
Experience with Server Virtualization (Citrix/VMWare/HyperV) required
Experience with configuring, tuning, troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS is preferred
Familiarity with build tools such as WIX and Install Shield is preferred
Experience working in environments with heavy security focus is preferred
Experience deploying applications over large infrastructures is preferred

Purpose of the Role
Install, implement, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of assigned technology required to operate client's infrastructure environment.
Accountabilities
Possess Expert level expertise in the assigned technology domain.
Install, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, support, and resolve issues in assigned technology including hardware, software, operating system and application-related issues.
Conduct performance monitoring, system health checks, trending analysis.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level operational support for issues escalated from Support department.
Develop and maintain documentation related to technology installation, administration and maintenance.
