  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to enhance service delivery and address community health needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals who require mental health intervention, particularly those with significant mental health concerns. This includes clients dealing with symptoms related to major mental illnesses and emotional crises. You will be expected to tailor your approach to accommodate diverse backgrounds, ensuring respectful and culturally competent care that addresses individual beliefs, traditions, and circumstances.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated organizational ability and planning skills, essential for managing a caseload effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional ethical standards and adherence to the code of conduct.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Expertise in handling age-related or specialized issues affecting diverse populations.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work, ideally within a mental health or substance use treatment setting.
  • Experience conducting crisis interventions and familiarity with therapeutic techniques such as individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Knowledge of integrated care frameworks and community resource networks.
