Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new residential business opportunities aligned with JK's growth strategy.
- Conduct prospect need assessments and deliver tailored presentations and proposals.
- Lead negotiations and close contracts, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Represent JK at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records and prospect activity in the CRM system.
- Leverage referrals, social selling, and digital outreach strategies to expand client base and increase brand visibility within the residential moving market.
Strategic & Internal Collaboration
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to support campaign development and market positioning.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
- Provide competitive intelligence and market feedback to inform pricing, positioning, and service design.
- Attend internal meetings and trainings to align with company strategy and continuously improve skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in transportation, relocation, logistics, or real estate.
- Strong customer-focused attitude with a positive mindset, service-oriented approach, and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive for personal and professional growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Consultative mindset and strong interpersonal skills to identify and address client needs effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
