Position Summary
The Aircraft Management & Charter Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and developing new business opportunities. This role is focused on building strong customer relationships, identifying and closing new sales opportunities, and supporting long-term growth across the company's aircraft management and charter solutions.
Summary
The ideal candidate brings strong corporate aviation industry knowledge, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience. This individual should be comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers and representing the company professionally in a highly service-driven aviation environment.
Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, prospects, and aviation stakeholders across the assigned region, with a focus on service quality, responsiveness, and trust.
  • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to support our fleet growth for both 91 and 135 management programs.
  • Proven Part 135 expertise with the strategic capability to drive growth and expansion of the charter managed fleet.
  • Increase market share and revenue by expanding customer engagement and growing spending across existing and new accounts.
  • Promote the company's capabilities by raising awareness of its 24/7 service model, airport support infrastructure, and customer-focused operations.
  • Work closely with operational teams to align customer needs with available services and ensure efficient execution of client requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings and outreach with customer decision-makers to understand operational needs, mission requirements, and service expectations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of aviation market trends, customer requirements, airport service needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Represent professionally with customers, airport partners, and industry contacts, while reinforcing the company's reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and operational support.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives by identifying emerging opportunities in business aviation, cargo support, and specialty aviation services.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant sales or business development, within the aviation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation operations and aircraft-related considerations, such as range, payload, airport requirements, fuel needs, and mission suitability.
  • Experience working with aviation customers in areas such as aircraft management, charter services or related sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including non-standard schedules, as business and customer needs require.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000. Please note that this range is not a guaranteed offer of compensation. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.
