Job description

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee production operations to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for managing production teams, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and customer requirements.

You will report directly to our Sr ISC Production Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Palmetto, FL location on an On-site work schedule (2nd Shift, 3pm - 11pm).

In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and productivity of the production site, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while fostering a safe and engaged workforce.

You Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in supervising production operations with a focus on manufacturing efficiency and quality; or 1 year as an internal Lead.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and safety compliance.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and ERP systems to monitor and improve production workflows.
  • Ability to analyze production data to identify issues and implement corrective actions effectively.
  • Experience in process technology or related industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in production settings.
