General Summary:

This groundbreaking role at Team One is designed to lead creative innovation and the early adoption of cutting-edge technologies. We are seeking a visionary leader to combine creativity with technology, crafting extraordinary ideas that propel our clients into the future.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Oversight: Spearhead the Experience Design team, encompassing 2D/screen design, data-informed design, and social media campaigns.

  • Innovation Leadership: Drive the development of an industry-leading, technology-forward creative team. Champion new capabilities, tools, and innovations such as personalization-at-scale, dynamic creativity, Generative AI, and interactive content.

  • Client Engagement: Serve as a proactive counselor and thought leader for clients by deepening their technological engagement and representing digital innovation in new business pitches.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Formulate strategic internal teams to explore future opportunities, generate white papers, speak at conferences, and influence the technological perspective for Team One.

  • Groupe Integration: Facilitate connections across agencies within our holding company, leveraging Groupe platforms and technologies to enhance Team One's service offerings.

  • Establish high standards for creative excellence and strategic decision-making

  • Collaborate with diverse disciplines to craft impactful digital strategies

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, actively driving conversation and idea sharing

  • Provide visionary leadership in new business initiatives and pitches

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Proven expertise in leading digital business transformations.

    • 15+ years in the industry, with 7+ leading teams in digital agencies or similar environments.

    • Strong client-facing presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.

    Experience: Proven ability in creating and producing successful, award-caliber digital and innovative ideas from the ground up.  

     

    Education: College degree is preferred; however, competency is evaluated based on body of work.

     

    Skills & Abilities: Must be able to direct and inspire creative talent by example as well as collaboration.  Must be able to balance the desire to do groundbreaking creative work with a responsibility to achieve results.  Must be able to adhere to strict deadlines and schedules.  Must be proactive and accountable for the success of the client's business and able to develop strong working relationships with counterparts at the client.

     

    Working Conditions:  Team One is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment.  All employees are expected to support Team One's commitment to providing a respectful & safe workplace.  There may be times when lifting up to 25lbs. is required.  Overtime, including evenings and/ or weekend work- may be required.  There may be occasion to travel.  All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and acceptable manner during working hours and all work-related events, including but not limited to, holiday parties, off-sites, client meetings/events, shoot locations, etc.

    Compensation Range: $241,000.00 - $410,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
