Vice President, Enterprise Applications (EA) – Chicago

Position Overview:

The Vice President of Enterprise Applications (EA) will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Enterprise Applications division in Chicago. This role is responsible for driving the vision, execution, and growth of enterprise software solutions that support the company’s business objectives and client needs. The VP, EA will lead a high-performing team of technology professionals and collaborate across functions to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the Enterprise Applications team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise applications aligned with overall business goals.

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software systems to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and client services teams to ensure application solutions meet client requirements.

  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for the Enterprise Applications division.

  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and industry best practices.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends.

  • Represent the company as a key leader internally and externally, building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise applications or technology management.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading software implementation and integration projects.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise software platforms (ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, etc.).

  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving change in complex environments.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused organization.
