We are currently partnering with a growing technology services organization seeking a Strategic Account Manager to support and expand a large enterprise financial services account.
This role will be heavily focused on growing an established banking relationship and driving new opportunities across multiple service lines including MSP, SOW, consulting, and professional services offerings.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling into large financial institutions and understand how to navigate enterprise environments, procurement teams, and managed services programs.
Responsibilities
โข Manage and grow a strategic enterprise financial services account
โข Build relationships with key stakeholders across technology, procurement, and business teams
โข Identify and drive new business opportunities across MSP, SOW, consulting, and services engagements
โข Partner closely with internal leadership and delivery teams to expand account footprint
โข Develop account growth strategies and execute against revenue goals
โข Work cross functionally with recruiting, delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful client outcomes
โข Maintain strong visibility into market trends and customer initiatives within the financial services sector
Qualifications
โข Minimum 5 years of experience in technology staffing, consulting, or IT services sales
โข Experience selling into financial services or banking clients required
โข Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise level accounts
โข Experience working within MSP environments and statement of work engagements preferred
โข Strong relationship building and communication skills
โข Ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations and drive strategic conversations
โข Hunter mentality with the ability to expand existing business relationships
Compensation
โข Base salary: $100,000 to $140,000 depending on experience
โข Commission structure plus additional growth based bonus plan
โข Remote flexibility with opportunity to work on a highly visible enterprise account
