Position Overview

Intimate Bridge Counseling is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team specializing in comprehensive early childhood intervention programs. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work from the comfort of your home while directly impacting the lives of children and families. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with developmental concerns to understand their needs and strengths.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) with an emphasis on family strengths and cultural considerations.
• Monitor and assess child and family progress as a collaborative team member, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide educational resources, training, and emotional support to families to enhance their child's development in natural learning environments.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the coaching model to effectively support children and families while promoting a healthy learning atmosphere.
• Stay informed on and comply with all relevant federal and state regulations to ensure the safety and success of the programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will focus on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Your work will help children develop crucial skills across various domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will directly engage with families, using a strengths-based approach that aligns services with their priorities, concerns, and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for potential travel within the local area to meet families.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to various learning styles and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse populations.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and family engagement.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams devoted to enhancing child development.
• Familiarity with remote service delivery models and virtual intervention methodologies.
