Position Overview

Intimate Bridge Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team, focusing on delivering essential pediatric services through a remote platform. This full-time position offers an annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 80,000, depending on experience, and enables you to make a profound impact in the lives of children and their families from the comfort of your own home.

Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while providing vital services to families in our dedicated hospice center setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children, ensuring that each child’s strengths and needs are accurately identified.
• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to fit each family’s unique situation.
• Monitor outcomes collaboratively with the treatment team, adjusting approaches as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Provide education and support to families, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to enhance their child’s developmental progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop joint plans with families during interventions.
• Promote a healthy learning environment by building rapport with children, families, and team members.
• Incorporate natural learning environment practices within the coaching model, fostering both independence and confidence in families.
• Ensure all services comply with health and safety standards for families and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, supporting their growth during the critical early years of life. By providing early intervention services, you will contribute to their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills, facilitating healthier developmental trajectories for these children.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Doctorate of Social Work is required.
• Current Licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for any potential in-person visits.
• Experience involving children in early intervention services for a minimum of one year is required.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to various learning styles and individual treatment plans.
• Commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience working with children, particularly those with developmental delays or disabilities.
