Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of new clients to gather necessary background information and create personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions using a variety of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and dialectical behavior therapy.
• Set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform to conduct remote sessions, ensuring each client has access to care regardless of their location or mobility issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills, knowledge, and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health counselor in our practice, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional difficulties. Your role will be centered on building trust and rapport, allowing clients to delve into their personal experiences in a safe and supportive space. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license in mental health counseling (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills that allow for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
