Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities in individual sessions, adjusting techniques based on client feedback and progress.
  • Establish specific therapeutic goals together with clients and monitor their achievements regularly to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Implement teletherapy sessions, accommodating clients who prefer virtual services or have mobility challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to provide culturally competent care will be vital in promoting their healing and recovery.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
