Work Environment

This full-time position allows for remote work, enabling you to conduct virtual appointments and engage with clients through our secure Simple Practice platform. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments for new clients to determine treatment needs and establish rapport.
  • Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on clinical best practices and individual client goals.
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy through virtual sessions, utilizing video conferencing tools and secure messaging.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
  • Engage in regular collaboration with colleagues to ensure interdisciplinary support and comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a broad range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples. Our therapeutic focus is on trauma-informed care, offering specialized support for those navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage/Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
  • Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
  • Strong knowledge of treatment planning and mental health counseling methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
  • Proficient with virtual health platforms and comfortable conducting therapy through telehealth modalities.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, with a focus on working with diverse populations.
  • Experience in a remote or telehealth setting is advantageous, demonstrating the ability to adapt therapeutic practices to virtual platforms.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
