Located in Arlington, Texas, we prioritize accessibility and convenience in our services, which allows us to reach a broader range of clients seeking support on their mental health journeys. Our focus is on creating a collaborative, supportive environment for both our clients and our therapists, facilitating effective therapy and positive outcomes.

Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work in a setting that suits your personal and professional needs. You'll utilize our Simple Practice platform for secure communication and virtual appointments, ensuring that your interactions with clients are confidential and convenient. Our team dynamic encourages collaboration, support, and professional growth, making it a fulfilling work environment for any mental health professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ needs and mental health concerns.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client goals.
  • Deliver therapeutic services to clients through virtual platforms, utilizing video conferencing and secure messaging.
  • Provide ongoing support and counseling to clients, tailoring approaches based on their progress and feedback.
  • Document clinical sessions accurately, maintaining up-to-date and confidential records.
  • Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases and enhance clinical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including teenagers, adults, and couples, dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on individuals’ lives by helping them navigate their unique mental health journeys.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.
  • Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfort with utilizing technology to conduct virtual appointments.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a mental health counseling role.
  • Proven experience with psychotherapy for various demographics, including teens, adults, and couples.
  • Experience working within remote or telehealth settings is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our therapists enjoy a generous fee split along with various benefits, including:

  • No overhead costs or fees deducted from your earnings.
  • Full credentialing services provided by the company, allowing you to focus on therapy instead of administrative tasks.
  • Access to free continuing education opportunities and weekly complimentary therapy sessions.
  • Health insurance benefits, including dental and vision coverage.
  • An available sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for new hires.
