Position Introduction:The OU College of Dentistry is seeking a highly organized and customer service-focused Senior Patient Services Representative. This role supports the efficient operation of the Implantology Clinic by coordinating patient scheduling, managing administrative functions, and ensuring a high standard of service in all patient interactions. The selected candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for patients and visitors while providing support to dental providers, students, and clinic staff. Required Education and Experience: - High School Diploma or GED.
- 18 months experience with a minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical environment and 12 months experience in a customer service role.
