Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to ascertain clients' unique needs, establishing a baseline for treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and circumstances.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and group therapy sessions.
• Effectively manage urgent mental health situations, ensuring timely interventions and support for those in crises.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to track effectiveness and compliance.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, fostering an environment of shared learning and support among staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other significant emotional disturbances. We prioritize a client-centered approach, understanding and respecting each person's journey towards mental wellness. You will play a crucial role in empowering clients, building trust, and providing a safe space for them to explore their concerns.

Qualifications

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance.
• A client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate care.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize caseloads.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, working with diverse populations.
• Previous experience providing therapy in telehealth settings preferred.
• Comfortable utilizing digital tools and platforms to facilitate therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
