Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing online therapeutic support tailored to individual client needs, utilizing telehealth methodologies to create a safe environment for sharing and healing.
• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health and support needs and developing detailed care plans to address those needs effectively.
• Assisting clients in navigating available community and health resources to ensure they receive comprehensive support during their treatment journey.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting care strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to support clients in a detox center environment. You will work with individuals facing substance use challenges, connecting them with the resources they need for recovery. This role requires a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding addiction and recovery processes, enabling you to provide empathetic support tailored to each client's unique journey.

Qualifications

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution and a valid California LCSW license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically within the realm of substance use or behavioral health.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experience is considered a plus:

• Previous experience working in detox or rehabilitation settings.

Compensation and Benefits
