Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions to evaluate and address the mental health needs of clients, utilizing active listening and therapeutic techniques to foster engagement.
• Design and implement personalized care plans that outline clear therapeutic goals, resources, and follow-up protocols tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with external community providers, such as psychiatrists and nonprofit organizations, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care while facilitating the continuum of support.
• Maintain meticulous digital records of client interactions, care plans, and progress notes using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases, share best practices, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
