Insight Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) for a full-time remote position. Work Environment

This position allows for the flexibility of a fully remote work setting while collaborating with a supportive community of health professionals. Although you will operate from your home office, you will have access to a dedicated administrative team that takes care of billing, credentialing, and client intakes, enabling you to concentrate solely on client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy services through a combination of telehealth, in-person sessions, or a hybrid model that best meets client needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of all client interactions, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with established electronic health record (EHR) protocols.
• Actively engage in professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills in integrative wellness practices and current therapy techniques.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated intake coordinator to effectively match clients with your therapeutic style and areas of expertise.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling (LPCC) or a related field.
• Current, active licensure in the state of California as a Professional Counselor.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling or therapy services, demonstrating clinical competence and an understanding of mental health disorders.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and maintaining compliance with telehealth guidelines.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on establishing rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience or an interest in integrative health practices such as mindfulness, CBT, or holistic wellness approaches.
• Familiarity with specialized therapy populations including military service members and their families.
• Prior work in a community health clinic or a similar setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
