Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services via telehealth, in-office visits, or a hybrid model, adhering to best practices and professional standards.
• Document therapy sessions efficiently with accurate and timely electronic charting to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences, helping to craft tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain an active involvement in professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other wellness practitioners within the center to create an enriching community for clients and staff alike.
• Seek opportunities to expand your client caseload, targeted to increase by 15-35 clients, aligned with your interest and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPCC at Insight Wellness Center, you will have the unique opportunity to work with diverse populations, including adults, children, teens, and military veterans. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling, with an active LPCC license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical counseling experience in a relevant setting.
• Solid understanding of psychotherapy guidelines and electronic documentation requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of building client rapport.
• Strong commitment to utilizing evidence-based practices and a holistic approach to mental health.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with integrative wellness services and a keen interest in holistic approaches to mental health.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Previous work with specific populations such as children, geriatrics, or military personnel is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
