Insight Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in a remote setting. This full-time position allows you to work from anywhere while delivering vital mental health support to individuals in a detox center. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize their specific needs, goals, and cultural backgrounds.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in diverse formats: individual, couple, family, and group therapy utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and SFBT.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute emotional distress, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, including treatment progress notes and discharge summaries, in alignment with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions with clients and their families, empowering them with skills and knowledge to manage mental health conditions effectively.
• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into practice to enhance client outcomes.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of all patient information at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals entering the detox center, many of whom struggle with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will provide crucial support to facilitate their recovery while ensuring a trauma-sensitive approach that acknowledges their unique experiences and challenges. By offering empathy and understanding, you will play an essential role in their healing process.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• Must hold an active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a substance use or detox setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and best practices.
• Prior experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and SFBT.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
