Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments to identify the needs of each patient.
• Work closely with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and cultural considerations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings such as individual and group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with healthcare professionals for patients facing acute distress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines, which includes progress notes and treatment plans.
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and family members, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage their mental health conditions effectively.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments, adjusting treatment plans as needed for improved patient outcomes.
• Stay current with mental health research and best practices, integrating new knowledge into clinical work to enhance service delivery.
• Uphold ethical standards and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times, building trust and rapport with patients.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster a therapeutic relationship with patients from various cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within community health settings or with trauma-informed care.
• Prior practice delivering individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Insight Therapy Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, dependent on your experience, skills, and the local cost of living. In addition to a generous base salary, our benefits package includes:
