Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Inner Zenith Wellness, you will engage in a rich array of responsibilities including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, ensuring that each treatment plan is personalized and evidence-based.
• Administering therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and various other acclaimed modalities tailored to individual preferences.
• Maintaining accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring both patient confidentiality and standardization of care.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care initiatives.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources.
• Staying informed of the latest research and developments in the field of mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients in hospice care, addressing their unique emotional and psychological needs during end-of-life transitions. This role demands a caring and understanding approach, helping families navigate this challenging period while ensuring patients receive compassionate and quality care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to establish your foundational knowledge and skills.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of California, demonstrating your commitment to ethical practice and professional standards.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong focus on providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in solution-based psychotherapy techniques and practices, enabling you to facilitate meaningful change in clients' lives.
