Inner Zenith Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a vital member of our family counseling center, you will be instrumental in delivering evidence-based therapies and personalized care to clients facing a variety of mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Implement therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, facilitating healing and personal growth.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, client-centered care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment services when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enrich the therapeutic experience for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes individuals, couples, and families grappling with a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship dynamics. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills necessary to build rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Experience with telehealth services and electronic health records is a plus, enhancing the efficiency of client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
