Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still actively engaging with our multidisciplinary treatment team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to ascertain individual clients’ needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique paths to mental wellness.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to aid clients in building resilience and overcoming mental health barriers.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, thus upholding our commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Participate in regular case consultations with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, facilitating high-quality care by sharing insights and strategies that enhance our service delivery.
• Hold educational sessions for clients and their families, providing vital resources and knowledge regarding mental health issues and treatment pathways.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, fostering a responsive approach that adapts to the evolving needs of each individual.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns. As a licensed counselor in our clinic, you will work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them towards recovery and equipping them with the tools they need to thrive long-term.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical or mental health setting, with demonstrated proficiency in delivering psychotherapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapy methods, particularly solution-focused approaches tailored to client needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online counseling practices, allowing for efficient and effective virtual care delivery.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
