Key Responsibilities

In this role, your fundamental responsibility is to improve the mental well-being of your clients through evidence-based practices. Specific duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans using solution-focused interventions.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to create a supportive therapeutic environment where clients can thrive.
• Maintaining accurate and secure clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations, and ensuring our practice remains compliant with all relevant guidelines.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver integrated care, where diverse expertise enhances treatment efficacy.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and professional development.
• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families, equipping them with tools to understand mental health conditions and navigate available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, showcasing your dedication to your field.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health services within a clinical setting.
• A proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques that adhere to best practices and are adaptable to individual client needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
