Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies to create tailored treatment plans for each client. Your expertise will guide individuals on their unique journeys toward improved mental health.
• Implement and manage a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and more. By fostering a supportive and empathetic atmosphere, you will inspire clients to rediscover their strengths and resilience.
• Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation of clinical records while adhering to HIPAA and other relevant regulations. Your attention to detail will uphold our commitment to ethical and professional standards in mental health care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors, engaging in regular meetings to enhance patient care. This teamwork will enable the holistic treatment of clients, tapping into a broad range of expert skills.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at maximizing the quality of care provided, ensuring you stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in mental health.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources, empowering them to engage actively in their treatment and recovery processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. By building rapport with a wide demographic, you will provide them personalized interventions that cater to their specific needs, ultimately enlightening their path toward recovery.

Qualifications

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, showcasing your dedication to the mental health field.
