Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans using evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), guiding clients towards improved mental health through proven modalities.
• Maintain meticulous records of client sessions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and demonstrating a commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Engage in effective and frequent collaboration with other team members to discuss cases, share insights, and create integrated treatment strategies that promote comprehensive client care.
• Participate in regular case consultations, peer review sessions, and training opportunities to continuously enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry best practices.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources to assist them in understanding and navigating their situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• An active state license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, showcasing your ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, adaptable to cater to the specific needs of each client.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential for establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience
