Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments for clients, employing evidence-based methods to create tailored treatment plans that address each individual's unique circumstances and needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective treatment strategies that enhance client resilience and foster personal growth.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards by accurately documenting clinical interactions and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care that respects the complexity of each client's mental health journey.
• Participate in scheduled case consultations and continue to engage in professional development through peer review meetings, contributing insights and strategies to enhance collective care quality.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources, empowering them to make informed decisions and navigate their paths towards wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds and may present with a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will engage with individuals of different ages, ensuring that each person feels seen and valued in a therapeutic environment. The use of telehealth allows for a more extensive reach, enabling you to positively impact clients who may face barriers to accessing traditional in-person services.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a successful record of providing therapeutic interventions.
• Strong skills in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, allowing for personalized treatment approaches that cater to individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication abilities that foster nurturing therapeutic relationships with various clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual engagement, ensuring you can effectively conduct therapy sessions via video or phone.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in mental health treatment, contributing to the continuous improvement of client care.
• Specialized training in particular therapeutic modalities or populations, helping to diversify the skill set offered to clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
