Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies to address the complexities of mental health issues.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of ethical practice and professionalism.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to address all aspects of a client's health.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing the standard of care, sharing insights from your clinical experiences.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them on their path to wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Shell Therapy, you will serve a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within a clinical or mental health setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques tailored to individual client needs, ensuring effective treatment delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, establishing trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.
