  • Implement brief solution-focused therapy methods and harm reduction strategies, ensuring clients receive immediate, effective support.
  • Provide crisis intervention, bereavement support, and other social work interventions as necessary, ensuring comprehensive assistance to those in distress.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety standards, contributing to the welfare of staff and individuals served.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and grief. Your empathetic approach and commitment to delivering culturally sensitive care will play a crucial role in fostering trust and engagement with clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with both the healthcare team and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enable you to approach clinical challenges thoughtfully.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field, showcasing clinical competence and skill development.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with teletherapy or remote therapeutic services is a plus, given the virtual nature of this position.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices specific to marriage and family therapy.
  • A background in working with diverse ethnic and socioeconomic populations.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance to support you and your family’s health.
  • A generous paid time off plan, allowing for work-life balance and personal rejuvenation.
