Key Responsibilities

As a Telehealth LPCC at Inner Resolve Wellness, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough virtual evaluations and assessments to understand patients' mental health needs.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Providing ongoing counseling and psychotherapy sessions focused on mental health challenges.
• Monitoring and analyzing patient outcomes to refine treatment approaches and ensure optimal care delivery.
• Developing joint action plans with families to enhance developmental support for children and adolescents.
• Equipping patients and their families with essential skills and resources to foster developmental growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families navigating various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and developmental challenges. You will engage with diverse patient demographics, providing care that is both culturally sensitive and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes and achieving their personal health goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid and active LPCC license in the state of California.
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience in conducting psychotherapy and solution-focused approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
• A designated space for conducting virtual therapy sessions that complies with patient safety and HIPAA guidelines.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth settings or familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices will be highly regarded. Additionally, proficiency in utilizing digital health platforms to enhance therapy engagement can set you apart in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
