Work Environment

This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from your home office while connecting with clients through state-of-the-art telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments, using evidence-based methodologies to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, integrating insights from collective disciplines to enhance patient care.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address mental health challenges.
• Monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best patient outcomes.
• Engage with families to provide support, education, and resources that enhance their child’s emotional and psychological development.
• Utilize our electronic health record (EHR) system to document sessions, track progress, and maintain up-to-date client notes and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Telehealth LPCC with Inner Resolve Wellness, you will work with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health issues. Our client interactions will often encompass anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related challenges. Your expertise in evidence-based assessment and counseling techniques will be instrumental in supporting these individuals and their families.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field is required.
• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience post-licensure in conducting psychotherapy and implementing solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth services, particularly in virtual counseling settings.
• Familiarity with community health frameworks and how they apply to diverse populations.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and telehealth platforms efficiently to deliver therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Inner Resolve Wellness offers an annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
