Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular teletherapy sessions with clients, which may include individuals, couples, and family units, focusing on their unique emotional and psychological needs.
• Assessing client situations through detailed evaluations to identify strengths, challenges, and areas requiring therapeutic intervention.
• Developing customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies and align with each client's specific goals and needs.
• Providing consistent follow-up communication between sessions, including progress assessments and modifications to therapy approaches as necessary.
• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all client interactions and treatment plans are documented thoughtfully and accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be providing therapy to a diverse client population seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required; a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
• A current state-issued LCSW license is mandatory, demonstrating your qualifications to provide clinical social work services.
• Ability to demonstrate strong clinical skills, with a firm grasp on various therapeutic approaches aligned with contemporary standards of practice.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interaction with clients and document therapy sessions appropriately.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this part-time LCSW position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience.
