Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a virtual setting, using various therapeutic techniques tailored to clients' needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, crafting personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate healing, growth, and positive life changes, ensuring clients feel empowered throughout their therapeutic process.
• Engage in regular consultation with team members to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies that enhance care quality.
• Maintain precise records of client interactions and progress using our secure digital documentation system to ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Pathways, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a myriad of challenges. Common issues addressed include relationship conflicts, parenting dilemmas, mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, and family dynamics requiring resolution. Your role will be integral in guiding clients to find functional solutions and fostering resilience during difficult times.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Empathy, tolerance, and exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred, particularly in remote service delivery.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused techniques.
• Relevant certifications in specialized therapeutic areas would be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
